AEM Developer @ Naukri

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop AEM components, templates, workflows, and services.
• Collaborate with content strategists, designers, and editors to implement publishing workflows.
• Integrate AEM with third-party systems such as DAMs, analytics, and publishing platforms.
• Customize and extend AEM functionalities using Java, Sling, JCR, and OSGi.
• Optimize performance and scalability of AEM instances.
• Implement SEO best practices and accessibility standards.
• Support content migration and version upgrades of AEM.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in AEM development (Sites, Assets).
• Strong proficiency in Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with AEM 6.x and familiarity with cloud-based AEM (AEMaaCS) is a plus.
• Understanding of publishing workflows and editorial content lifecycles.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
