Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Prepare monthly financial reports, including balance sheet, profit & loss statement, cash flow statement, and variance analysis.
Develop and maintain accurate forecasts for revenue, expenses, and margins using historical data and market trends.
Conduct variance analysis to identify areas of improvement in financial performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business decisions through data-driven insights.
Provide timely MIS reporting to stakeholders on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Desired Candidate Profile

Strong educational background in CA or equivalent qualification; first-attempt pass preferred.
7-12 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis role with expertise in Budgeting & Forecasting, FPA, Variance Analysis, MIS.
Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data into actionable recommendations.
