Job Description
Role & responsibilities
Directly responsible for raising the standard of FM services and provide support to Operations teams.
Handling of end-to-end operations across all units.
Manage FMS team across all locations.
To lead all projects for technology upgradations in the division.
Ensure compliance towards policies & SOPs and adopt best practices to ensure service delivery as per SLAs
Executing the project as per the plan made.
Organizing the spares/other resources required from time to time.
Allocating the job to respective engineers/Helpdesk/Team Leaders
Daily reviewing the engineers and operational status.
Review with unit team
Writing mails to customer and replying to customers Mails
Giving defined reports on daily/monthly basis from helpdesk package to IT head
Follow up with Stores & TRC for Spares AMC Support
Daily report analysing.
Vendor Co-ordination
Payment Collections
IT Policy Documentation
Follow-up other regions for Branch Visits
Imprest Stock Tracking - AMC
Training to Team
TPM Activities
PPT to be made on the project status on Monthly & quarterly basis to preset to the customer on the progress.
Thorough checking of the documentation made by the FMS teams of all the Units on monthly basis
Visit to atleast one unit in every month for review on the project
- Team management - Need to manage around 35 members.
- Should be flexible for travel across the units (Hyd-Tribeni-Kovai-Bhadarchalam)
- Knowledge on ITIL process, Service desk control, KRA, KPI, SLAs etc.
- Daily review on operational calls with Team members.
- Should possess strong knowledge on excel, Pivot tables, Power point preparation. MOM preparation extra.
- Should front end customers directly, should be good on customer management.
- Vendor coordination.
- Minimum knowledge on Servers, Hardening , Vulnerabilities, Infra Security etc.
- Should be good on End user customer management.
- Overall need to have 5 8 years of experience either Project manager or Operational manager.
- Should be using 0365 outlook.
