Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Cyber Defense Specialist to join our team at SAP India Pvt.Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity and experience with various security tools and technologies.
Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive cyber defense strategies to protect the company's computer systems and networks.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify potential security threats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement incident response plans.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in cybersecurity, including new attack vectors and defensive strategies.
- Provide training and awareness programs to employees on cybersecurity best practices.
- Monitor and analyze security event logs to detect and respond to security incidents.
Job Requirements
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, including threat analysis and risk management.
- Experience with various security tools and technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption technologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to stay current with emerging trends and technologies in cybersecurity.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
