Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Design, customize, and enhance Vtiger CRM 7.4 modules, workflows, and business logic to support organizational processes.
- Develop scalable front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript,Jquery ensuring responsive and user-friendly CRM components.
- Build and maintain backend functionalities using PHP and optimize database structures and queries in MySQL.
- Create and integrate custom modules, extensions, and UI components aligned with business requirements.
- Implement automation workflows, scheduled tasks, and API integrations (REST/SOAP) with third-party applications.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize CRM performance with a focus on code quality, security, and scalability.
- Customize CRM layouts, fields, UI views, and role-based permission structures for diverse user groups.
- Maintain version control, documentation, and structured deployment practices for CRM upgrades and enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate functional requirements into robust CRM features and technical solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript,Jquery, PHP, and MySQL with hands-on development experience.
- Expertise in debugging, API integration, database optimization, and CRM-level data handling.
- Strong logical reasoning, problem-solving ability, and an analytical approach to designing scalable technical solutions.
- Ability to work efficiently in a deadline-driven, collaborative environment with clear communication and ownership.
Added Advantage
- Experience with Vtiger core architecture, CRM migration, or upgrading workflows across versions.
- Knowledge of Linux environment, version control (Git), and API-based system integrations.
- Familiarity with CRM security standards, data validation, and performance tuning.
- Understanding of MVC patterns, PHP frameworks, and CRM plugin/extension development.
