Job Requirements :
3-7 years of experience in recruitment or staffing within the oil & gas/ renewable/ construction/FMCG industry.
Strong understanding of EPC (Engineering Procurement Construction) projects in the oil & gas sector.
Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
