Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Lead the reconciliation team to ensure accurate and timely processing of NAV (Net Asset Value) calculations for hedge funds.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and implement process improvements in Geneva-based operations.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Oversee daily activities of the team, providing guidance on complex issues related to fund accounting, investment banking, and financial services.

Job Requirements :

4-9 years' experience in a similar role within an investment bank or financial institution.
57 years of experience in reconciliation implementation, configuration, or
financial system support.
Hands-on experience with at least one reconciliation platform (e.g.,
Intellimatch, SmartStream TLM, AutoRek, ReconArt, or equivalent).
Strong understanding of hedge funds, including their structure, valuation methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
Proven leadership skills with ability to manage teams effectively across different locations (Geneva).
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
