Backlog Ownership and Delivery governance
Own the HRSD and IRM product backlogs and ensure prioritization based on value, compliance and technical readiness.
Transalte strategic initiatives into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
Work closely with Architects, solution leads, developers to delivery high-quality scalable solutions.
Oversee end-to-end data quality, process alignment and compliance with Security standards.

Drives process standardization and automation across HR case management, lifecycle events, policy management and risk workflows
