Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Understanding of Windows Servers and Windows 10/11
Good understanding of Citrix XenApp, XenDesktop systems and Citrix core components.
Good understanding on vulnerabilities around Citrix platform and best-practice to remediate vulnerabilities.
Experience in updating Citrix Golden images.
Good understanding on user profiles.
Understanding of GPO and Citrix policies.
Working knowledge on ESX or other hypervisors.

Good data analysis and trouble-shooting skills and highly focused towards Root Cause Analysis of frequently occurring issues
