Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Conduct internal audits to identify areas of improvement in banking operations, policies, and procedures.
Develop and implement effective audit plans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with management teams to resolve audit findings and implement corrective actions.
Provide expert advice on auditing best practices to junior team members.

Job Requirements :

3-10 years of experience in bank audit or related field.
Strong knowledge of auditing standards, regulations, and industry best practices.
Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets.
Proven track record of identifying risks and developing effective mitigation strategies.
