Job Description
- Support the Bill submission process to F&A
- Support in monitoring the receipt issuance for the organisation.
- Information gathering/Evaluation in the appropriate process as required for meeting the reporting requirements.
- Ensure information gathered through monitoring activities is shared quickly and in an appropriate format with team
- Reconciliation of Organisation's donations chapter wise & channel wise Support in making Reports & records / MIS both excel as well as donor nominated systems.
- Support & understand CSR Projects - Donor Wise, Project Wise Fund Utilization Documentation
- Support & prepare performance Metrics for all programs - preparation, updating in system/Donor specified dashboards +Updated information for project proposals
- Support in PO issuance & P2P checking & Initiate action based on query with internal stakeholders.
- IT systems user management Any other tasks assigned by Operation Manager
Required Candidate profile
Cost Accountant, ICWA Inter, B. Com Graduate from renowned university, CA inter will be preferred
3yrs+ exp in Financial accounting and data management with analysis skills
Good Communication skills
Good computer skills, Good in Excel & PowerPoint
Good logical reasoning & analytical skills.
Openness to learning; adaptability;
High level of customer service orientation
