Job Description

We are hiring for following

Share trading accounting and investment accounting
Inter Ca or Accounts or ca
10-15 Lpa

Key Responsibilities
Trade Processing and Accounting: Process and monitor all client/proprietary security investments (stocks, bonds, derivatives, etc.) with strict attention to regulatory compliance and timely reporting.
Reconciliation & Reporting: Perform daily, monthly, and quarterly reconciliation of trading transactions, security positions, market values, and cost values, ensuring accuracy with custodial records and internal systems.
Financial Statement Preparation: Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, including Balance Sheets, Income Statements (P&L), and Cash Flow Statements, specific to investment activities.
Compliance & Taxation:
Calculate and prepare necessary tax documents, including Advance Tax, TDS returns (Form 24Q, 26Q), and annual Income Tax returns (ITR-6 for companies).
Ensure all trading activities and financial records comply with SEBI regulations, the Companies Act, 2013, and relevant accounting standards.
Prepare documentation for external auditors and assist in seamless audit processes.
