    • Maintain and update daily stock and inventory records

    • Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess stock

    • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for timely replenishment

    • Make outbound calls to customers for order confirmation and follow-ups

    • Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries politely

    • Promote products/services and generate leads where required
