Maintain and update daily stock and inventory records
Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess stock
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for timely replenishment
Make outbound calls to customers for order confirmation and follow-ups
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries politely
Promote products/services and generate leads where required
