Role: Customer Support Associate Chat Process
Salary: Up to 28,000 in-hand Before training + Lucrative Incentives
Cabs: Both Side
Shifts: Rotational (Including Nights)
Location: Noida
Requirements

Minimum 6 months International Process experience (Mandatory)

Good written English

Typing speed: 3035 WPM

Comfortable with rotational shifts & week-offs

Responsibilities

Handle international customer queries via chat

Provide resolutions & maintain quality standards

Meet KPIs like CSAT, AHT & productivity
