    We are hiring "Telecaller"

    Job Description:

    We are hiring Telecallers to handle customer calls and provide basic information about our services. The candidate should be confident in speaking Hindi,English and have good communication skills.

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Make and receive customer calls
    • Explain services clearly to customers
    • Answer customer queries politely
    • Maintain basic call records
    • Follow up with interested customers

     

    Eligibility Criteria:

    1. Qualification: B.Com (Graduation mandatory)
    2. Experience: Freshers are welcome OR 1 year experience in telecalling
    3. Languages: Hindi is mandatory, English is required
    4. Gender: Female candidates preferred

    Skills:

    •  Good communication skills(Hindi,English)
    •  Basic computer knowledge
    • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

    Salary:

    Up to 25,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

    For Freshers - 15,000-18,000

    Job Location: Ameerpet, Hyderabad
