Job Role: Customer Support Associate International Chat Process
Location: Noida
Salary: Up to 28,000 In-Hand (Before Training) + Attractive Incentives
Cab Facility: Both-Side Cabs Provided
Shifts: Rotational Shifts (Including Night Shifts)
Week-Offs: Rotational

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 6 Months International Process Experience (Mandatory)
Excellent Written English Communication
Typing Speed: 3035 WPM
Comfortable with Rotational Shifts & Week-Offs

Key Responsibilities

Handle International Customer Queries via Chat
Provide accurate and timely resolutions
Maintain Quality, CSAT, AHT & Productivity KPIs
Deliver professional and customer-focused support
