We are looking for a talented RPA Developer with strong hands-on experience in Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or VBA to join our automation team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of automation frameworks, process design, and end-to-end RPA development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using Blue Prism / UiPath / Automation Anywhere.
  
• Build automation scripts and tools using VBA, macros, and Excel automation.
  
• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
  
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document process requirements.
  
• Conduct testing, deployment, and support for RPA bots in production.
  
• Monitor bot performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
  
• Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to best practices and governance standards.
  

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with at least one major RPA tool:
  
• Blue Prism
  
• UiPath
  
• Automation Anywhere
  
• Strong experience in VBA, Excel Macros, and automation scripting.
  
• Good understanding of SDLC, workflow design, and process mapping.
  
• Experience with Orchestrator, Control Room, or Bot Management tools (depending on RPA platform).
  
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  
• Knowledge of .NET / Python (optional but a plus).
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related fields.
  
• RPA Certifications (UiPath/Blue Prism/AA) preferred.
