Job Description
We are hiring an experienced Jira Administrator with deep expertise in Jira administration, configuration, automation, and enterprise tool integrations. The ideal candidate will support Agile teams, streamline processes, and ensure smooth adoption of Jira best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full Jira administration including workflows, custom fields, issue types, permission schemes, and automation rules.
- Support Jira Service Management, Jira Software, and other Atlassian tools.
- Cleanse, standardize, and maintain data across multiple Jira projects.
- Collaborate with Agile teams (Scrum/SAFe) to enhance delivery processes.
- Create dashboards, reports, and integrate Jira with Confluence or other enterprise systems.
- Conduct user training and lead change management initiatives.
- Troubleshoot issues and continuously improve Jira configurations and processes.
Skills Required
- Strong hands-on experience in Jira administration
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks
- Experience with ScriptRunner, REST APIs (preferred)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proactive problem-solving approach
