- Work in an Agile environment with business users to implement microservice-based, event-driven, reactive solutions
- Participate in the complete software development lifecycle, delivering value iteratively to stakeholders
- Collaborate with global development teams to improve platform resiliency, scalability, and performance
- Design, develop, and enhance Java (Java 8+) backend services using Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Hibernate
- Develop and integrate UI components using Angular with backend REST services
- Research and improve DevOps practices, automation, and software testing approaches
- Work with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, Product) to ensure quality across all development stages
- Interact with users to gather requirements, analyze needs, and create effective technical solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in distributed systems using a methodical approach
Required Skills (Angular Mandatory)
Mandatory
- 35 / 515 years of hands-on experience in:
- Java 8+
- Spring Boot
- Microservices
- Spring Cloud
- Hibernate
- Angular (mandatory UI framework)
- Strong understanding of Design Patterns
- Strong proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and DB performance tuning
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Ability to work independently with users to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- Excellent problem-solving skills in distributed systems
Good to Have / Advantage
- Knowledge of Kafka / Kafka Stream Processing
- Understanding of secure software development practices, especially in cloud platforms
- Familiarity with DevOps & testing tools (JMeter, Jira, ALM)
- Exposure to automation and regression testing
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Prior experience in the Financial Services domain (preferred)
