Role & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance Java-based applications using Spring Boot & Microservices architecture
- Translate business requirements into scalable, high-quality backend and frontend solutions
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and ensure seamless integration with UI applications
- Build and maintain Single Page Applications (SPA) using ReactJS
- Collaborate with UI/UX and backend teams for smooth frontendbackend integration
- Write optimized SQL queries, participate in database design & performance tuning
- Follow Agile/Scrum practices daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews & retrospectives
- Write unit tests and ensure code quality using CI/CD pipelines
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions
- Learn and adopt in-house frameworks, security standards & best practices
- Work with global teams and deliver solutions within defined timelines
Preferred Candidate Profile (React Mandatory)
Mandatory Skills
- 5 to 15 years of hands-on experience in:
- Java (Java 8+)
- Spring Boot
- Microservices
- REST API development
- React (mandatory for RIM role)
- SQL / RDBMS
- Strong understanding of OOPS, Design Patterns & Distributed Systems
- Experience in SPA development using React
- Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD (Jenkins), Agile methodologies
- Experience working on Linux/Unix environments
Good to Have / Advantage
- Domain experience in Finance / Banking / Legal / Compliance
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes
- Exposure to Kafka / Event-driven systems
- Experience with TDD / BDD
- Awareness of security & regulatory-driven systems
- Basic knowledge of frontend tools like Redux, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Exposure to Sonar, Jenkins, Jira
