Role & Responsibilities:

Automotive Body Mechanism:

• 3 to 9 years of experience in Automotive body mechanism parts design and development
• Automotive body mechanism parts design - Door Hinges, latches, striker, check-link, sun-roof, window regulator, wipers
• Windshield glass, weatherstrip & sealing design (EPDM/TPV/TPE materials)
• Design & release of hinges, latches, strikers, locks, sunroof mechanisms, window regulators, and sealing parts.
• Develop weatherstrips, door seals, glass run channels, roof ditch seals, and perimeter sealing.
• Create 3D CAD models, 2D drawings, and ensure GD&T, DFM/DFA, and tolerance stack-ups.
• CATIA V5 (3D/2D Drawings & Surfacing)
• Supplier management
