Job summary: Senior Process Executive - Voice - L&P Education Qualification: Graduate (exclusion: BE/B.Tech/MCA) Job Summary:

1. To handle inbound and outbound calls from the customers as per the process defined in the Standard Operating procedure (SOP).
2. Experience 1 to 4yrs
3. Required Skills Technical Skills - MS Excel, MS Office, Speaking English
4. Nice to have Techincal Skills and Domain Skills
5. Technology - Insurance
6. Shift - Night Shift 17:30 - 3:30 AM IST

Roles & Responsibilities Make and Answer calls to and from customers/end users based on agreed time frames.
Transfer calls involving next level of service to the appropriate department as per the given guidelines.
Ensure to meet all Statistical Financial and TAT metrics while processing claims
100% Process adherence to transaction processing timelines involving medical management processes.
Adhere to audit compliance (Internal Statutory Audit) of all Healthcare processes as laid out by Cognizant / the client of Cognizant
Ensure process guidelines are followed and met as documented
Set productivity /Quality benchmark
Adhere to shift handover processes
Raise process related issues / concerns on time with process and TLs
