Job Duties & Responsibilities
Responsible for managing end to end recruitment .
Directly coordination with hiring managers for all the requirements handled and involved in analyzing the staffing needs.
To use various sourcing channels like Job Portal, Referrals, Social networking Sites, and professional sites.
Take care of Quality as well as quantity as and when required.
Expertise in Entire Recruitment Life Cycle from JD understanding , skill matrix preparation , Sourcing, Screening, interviewing, Selection, Hiring, Negotiation, Post Offer Follow up, onboarding.
Evaluating and validating technical profiles through search engines, networking and referencing and recruiting candidates for different requirements.
Suggest the compensation to the potential candidate keeping in mind his education background / experience and also the peer parity within the system.
Job sites operation, Job posting, and Screening, Short-listing & taking preliminary interviews according to requirement.
Maintaining Database on Daily Submission basis
Salary Negotiation
Coordination with candidates till on boarding
