Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.

Communicate effectively in English to ensure clear understanding and resolution of customer concerns.
Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for improving customer interactions and service delivery.

Adapt to rotational shifts to provide consistent support across different time zones ensuring global customer coverage.
Engage with high-tech clients to understand their unique needs and tailor solutions that align with their expectations.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions to support data-driven decision-making.
Contribute to the development of best practices for customer service processes enhancing overall efficiency and effectiveness.
Leverage domain knowledge in the hi-tech industry to provide informed recommendations and solutions to customers.
Participate in training sessions to continuously improve skills and stay updated with industry trends and technologies.
Support the implementation of new customer service initiatives aimed at improving the customer experience.

Monitor customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and propose actionable solutions.
Foster a positive and professional relationship with customers building trust and loyalty.
Qualifications
Demonstrate proficiency in English communication both verbal and written to effectively interact with customers.

Possess strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve customer issues efficiently.
Exhibit a customer-centric mindset prioritizing customer satisfaction in all interactions.
