Job Description
Job Title: International Voice Process Associate
Location: Chennai
Experience: Minimum 6 months (Any domain)
Shift: Night Shift (US/UK Process)
Job Summary:
We are looking for energetic and customer-focused professionals to join our International Voice Process team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to handle calls from international clients efficiently. Candidates with a minimum of 6 months experience in any domain are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and/or outbound calls for international customers (US/UK).
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer queries and concerns.
- Maintain a positive, professional, and courteous interaction with customers.
- Document customer interactions and follow internal guidelines.
- Resolve issues by coordinating with other teams when required.
- Meet performance metrics such as call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction.
- Follow all compliance and process requirements during calls.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months experience in any field (BPO experienced candidates preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work night shifts comfortably.
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (typing, CRM tools added advantage).
- Ability to handle pressure and remain calm in difficult situations.
- Willingness to work from office in Chennai.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in international voice process (advantage, not mandatory).
- Customer service or sales exposure.
