Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Associate to manage incoming leads, interact with customers, and close sales for Zolo properties in Bangalore. This role requires strong communication, consistent follow-ups, and a clear focus on achieving sales targets. You will be responsible for guiding customers, addressing their concerns, and ensuring timely closures to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound leads generated through multiple channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Zolo properties.
- Explain pricing, offers, policies, and booking processes clearly to customers.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to move leads towards closure.
- Coordinate with operations and city teams to ensure smooth booking and move-in.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM systems.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Address customer objections and resolve basic queries professionally.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to the team.
Skills Required
- Clear and confident verbal communication skills.
- Ability to persuade and close sales conversations.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and customer handling.
- Comfort with targets and performance-based work.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups simultaneously.

- Prior experience in real estate, co-living, edtech, insurance, hospitality, or inside sales is preferred.
- Candidates with clear communication and client interaction exposure only.
