Desired Candidate Profile

0-1 year of experience in BPO/call center environment (freshers welcome).
Excellent communication skills in English language (fluent speaking & writing).
Strong interpersonal skills for effective interaction with customers and colleagues alike.
Ability to work night shifts (rotational) including weekends off.
Billing/Customer support /Technical support

Valid PAN Number - _____________________(Why PAN Required > Mandatory to Process Candidature & Find Duplicity in Internal PAN Validation Process and also to initiate a screening call.
