Role & responsibilities

Experience : 3+ Years

Key Skills:

• BIW Manufacturing Process and BIW quality
• Paint and aesthetic quality of the vehicle's body
• Anti-corrosion applications
• CATIA V5 (3D/2D Drawings & Surfacing)

Key Requirement:

• 3 to 9 years of experience in Automotive BIW paint process and anti-corrosion applications
• Able to provide complete support in aspects of design and development for all paint and anti-corrosion perimeters, including sealers, anti-gritting materials,wax, inserts, plugs, dampers, and ABV (Anti-chip/Anti-abrasion) surfaces.
• Manage and support product data and lifecycle management activities, collaborating with various Renault Engineering Centers globally
• Able to create and manage 3D and 2D drawings for the paint and anti-corrosion team.
• Ability to perform design validation activities, which may include virtual assessments (Digital PreAssembly) and geometrical checks for BIW (Body in White) parts related to paint engineering.
• Prepare quality documents such as Process Flow Diagrams, POS (Process Operation Sheet), PFMEA
• Oversee process implementation,perform time studies (DST calculation) for new models
• Strong problem-solving, project management & communication skills.
