Job Description
Position: Business Analyst Job Description: We are looking for business professionals to build their career in Business Analytical Field. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, excellent academic credentials, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Analyze data and trends to provide actionable insights for business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that align with business objectives.
- Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to track performance metrics.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Identify areas of improvement and propose innovative solutions.
- Support project management tasks and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
Qualification & Competencies:
- Academic excellence in 10th, 12th, and graduation.
- B.tech degree is mandatory, with an added advantage for candidates with MBA backgrounds.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel, SQL, etc is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
