Roles and Responsibilities:

• 2 to 5 years of experience with PLM/PDM systems
• Deliver engaging training sessions and one-on-one coaching for PLM/PDM systems.
• Create easy-to-understand training materials and user guides.
• Support training management scheduling, tracking, and reporting.
• Help learners overcome challenges and celebrate their progress.
• Stay updated on system changes and adapt training content quickly.
• Be the go-to person for PLM/PDM best practices.
• Collaborate effectively with global teams, ensuring smooth communication across cultures.
• Provide post-training support and troubleshoot user queries effectively..
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to learn fast and adapt to change.
