Job Description

JD - US Mortgage Indent | SPE

Skill set to be reviewed:

1. Knowledge on Loan Servicing and components, Escrow and Non-Escrow loans.
2. Candidate should have knowledge of lien validation, liability determination, procurement from Tax Agencies, identification of parcel issues.
3.Research.
CTC- Upto 4.94LPA (35K approx. in-hand)
Shift- Night shifts | Should be comfortable with 6days working (allowance or comp off would be given for the 6th day).
Mode- WFO
Interview rounds- TAG telephonic screening | F2F ops evaluation

Valid PAN Number - _____________________(Why PAN Required > Mandatory to Process Candidature & Find Duplicity in Internal PAN Validation Process and also to initiate a screening call.
