Job Description
Key responsibilities
strong candidate management:
Sourcing and recruitment:
Create and post job advertisements on various platforms like websites, social media, and job boards.
Source candidates through professional networks, databases, and headhunting.
Communicate interview results and provide feedback to candidates.
Education: A bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field is often preferred.
Experience:
Previous experience in engineering hiring is mandatory
Skills:
Screening and interviewing:
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and experience.
Brief candidates on the job responsibilities, salary, and benefits.
Organize and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
The ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines.
Confidence and a results-driven mindset.
Good organizational skills for managing data and paperwork.
Proficiency in recruitment processes and regulations.
Key Skills:
Revit ,Bentley s core CAD platform ,Bentley Generative Components, MicroStation, Revit, Civil 3D, Plant 3D, and AutoCAD.
