Job Description

In this role, you will :
  • Lead the full sales cycle, from continuously prospecting new business opportunities to negotiating contracts and closing deals, ensuring sales quotas are consistently met or exceeded .
  • Develop and manage reports to provide actionable insights for decision-making on account strategy, actively leveraging Customer Relationship Management (CRM) data (like Salesforce) for forecasting and pipeline management .
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while acting as a trusted advisor and industry expert to align Iron Mountain solutions with customer business objectives.
What Youll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth through strategic selling, account management, and identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities .
  • Strong knowledge of customer business needs, industry trends, and the competitive landscape to effectively position Iron Mountains value proposition .
  • Proven ability in negotiation, strategic thinking, and building long-term, high-value relationships with key customer stakeholders .
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools for managing sales pipelines and forecasting .
