Role & responsibilities

• Act as an Application Lead and primary point of contact for design, build, and configuration activities.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.
  
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for .NET Full Stack development.
  
• Manage and guide the team, ensuring high-quality technical decisions and execution.
  
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to critical architectural and technical decisions.
  
• Provide effective solutions to technical problems within the team and across teams.
  
• Mentor junior team members to support their skill development and career growth.
  
• Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, address challenges, and discuss solutions.
  
• Participate in strategic planning sessions to align project goals with organizational objectives.
  
• Drive best practices in software development, coding standards, and project delivery.
  

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in .NET Full Stack Development.
  
• Strong understanding of web development frameworks and modern web technologies.
  
• Experience with database management, data modeling, and SQL-related concepts.
  
• Familiarity with cloud services and application deployment strategies.
  
• Hands-on ability to implement software development best practices and project management standards.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to provide scalable technical solutions.
  
• Experience mentoring or leading small development teams is preferred.
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  
• Must have completed 15 years of full-time education.
