Job Summary:


We are seeking an experienced IT Recruitment Team Lead with a strong background in Consultancy Hiring. The ideal candidate should have in-depth experience in handling Niche IT Skills, C2H (Contract-to-Hire), and Permanent Hiring. You will be responsible for leading a team of recruiters, managing client requirements, and ensuring high-quality closures within deadlines.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for both C2H and Permanent positions.
  • Source and shortlist candidates for Niche IT skills including SAP Modules, Oracle, Cloud Technologies, ERP, Full Stack, Java, C++, .Net, DevOps, and more.
  • Manage screening, mass mailing, job posting, sourcing, and database management using major job portals (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Ensure consistent monthly closures for C2H and permanent roles with high-quality delivery.
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams for interview scheduling and feedback.
  • Mentor and guide junior recruiters in the team.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and consultants.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT Recruitment, with at least 1+ year in C2H hiring.
  • Must have worked in a consultancy or staffing firm.
  • Strong knowledge of Niche IT skills and emerging technologies.
  • Proven ability to handle bulk hiring and niche hiring simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Must possess a Laptop and stable Wi-Fi connection (for hybrid/remote setup).

Preferred Skills:


  • Experience in managing a team of recruiters.
  • Strong client handling and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of recruitment analytics and reporting.

  • Candidates with min 5+ year of IT Sourcing exp is mandatory .
  • Only womens .
  • NO carrer gap with min 3 years .
  • Must have own laptop with good internet connection.

Eligibility & Requirements


  • Experience: 5 to 10 years in IT Recruitment (Consultancy background preferred).
  • Mandatory: Minimum 5 years experience in C2H hiring.
  • Excellent knowledge of sourcing, screening, job portals, and end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Must have Laptop & WiFi connection.

Work Timings

  • 9:30 AM 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday
  • 2nd & 4th Saturday Off

Compensation

  • Salary: As per experience & knowledge
  • Additional Benefits: Incentives + Mobile Reimbursement
  • Salary & Designation will be finalized post 2nd Interview round
