About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Executive Search Business Manager to spearhead our Executive Search Technology practice. You will be responsible for end-to-end management of senior mandates (VPs, senior architects, CXO feeders), revenue ownership, and client relationship building, while contributing strategically to Orcapods growth.
What Youll Do
- Business Development: Leverage existing accounts + acquire new clients for executive search.
- Delivery Management: Drive quality delivery of senior-level mandates in IT
- Leadership: Define strategy, scale the vertical, and play a key role in Orcapods management team.
- P&L Ownership: Own revenues, profitability, and resource utilization.
Who Should Apply
Proven track record in Executive Search (senior leadership mandates) in IT Balanced experience in Business Development + Delivery Strong understanding of IT leadership talent landscape Entrepreneurial, proactive & result-oriented mindset Comfortable managing P&L and scaling independently
Who Should NOT Apply
Only-sales or only-delivery professionals Majorly worked on Junior requirements Majorly worked on NON-IT mandates
