Job Description
In this role, you will:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain applications using VB.NET, Microsoft Visual Basic, and related frameworks.
- Ensure code quality through best practices, reviews, and source code management tools.
- Write clear documentation and maintain text composition standards for technical deliverables.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to deliver projects on time.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for existing applications.
- Optimize application performance and ensure compliance with operational and performance management standards.
- Work closely with management to align development with organizational goals.
Your Profile
- 6-9 years of experience in software development using VB.NET and Microsoft Visual Basic.
- Strong understanding of programming concepts, high-level languages, and software engineering principles.
- Knowledge of source code management tools (e.g., Git, TFS).
- Familiarity with operational management and performance management practices.
- Excellent documentation and text composition skills.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong collaboration, teamwork, and transversal skills.
- Good communication skills in English; linguistic skills in other languages are a plus.
