About the Role:


As a Zone Operations Manager at EasyDarshan, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all on-ground activities within your assigned zone operate smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities include supervising field teams, driving customer registrations, coordinating promotional activities, ensuring transparent selection processes, and maintaining operational discipline. You will be the primary execution leader for your zone, supporting our mission to deliver well-organized, customer-friendly group travel experiences. This position is essential for maintaining service quality, field-level accuracy, and team performance.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Team Leadership: Lead Field Operations Executives and support staff to ensure all activities are executed effectively.
  2. Target Achievement: Drive daily, weekly, and monthly targets through structured planning and team motivation.
  3. Promotional Activities: Oversee BTL (Below-The-Line) outreach, including community engagement, standees, pamphlets, and public awareness activity execution.
  4. Customer Registration: Ensure smooth and accurate door-to-door and on-ground data collection with complete adherence to process guidelines.
  5. Selection Process Oversight: Supervise customer shortlisting and transparent processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance at every step.
  6. Operational Coordination: Serve as the primary point of communication for local partners, liaison contacts, and service facilitators.
  7. Issue Resolution: Manage on-ground challenges with a solution-oriented mindset, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  8. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain structured MIS reports, daily progress logs, attendance updates, and activity documentation.
  9. Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with regional teams, central operations, and field units to streamline processes.
  10. Process Adherence: Ensure all activities follow company SOPs, quality standards, and compliance protocols.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  1. Relevant Experience: 7 to 5 years in field operations, sales activation, travel operations, or on-ground project management.
  2. Leadership Skills: Strong ability to guide, motivate, and supervise diverse field teams.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills to interact with customers and field partners.
  4. Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail in documentation, customer registrations, and operational follow-through.
  5. Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve field-level challenges quickly and effectively.
  6. Technical Skills: Comfortable using smartphones, mobile apps, WhatsApp reporting, and basic MIS tools.
  7. Educational Background: Graduate in any stream required.
  8. Adaptability: Comfortable working extensively in the field with dynamic day-to-day requirements.
  9. Language Skills: Fluency in local languages; basic English is an advantage.
  10. Professional Traits: High integrity, discipline, confidence, and customer-first approach.
