Job Description
Company Name: VARITE India Private LimitedAbout The Client:
Client is a life insurance company in India. The firm offers life insurance products targeted at individuals and groups, catering to four distinct segments: protection, children, retirement and investment plans.
Essential Job Functions:
- To ensure speedy and accurate processing of Service
- Request submitted by policyholder at various touch points
- Adherence to Regulatory Guidelines
- To circulate tracking reports / MIS with the function / to
- other functions
- Preparation of monthly Dashboard and circulate it to HOD
- Timely response to queries raised by internal stakeholders
- To ensure appropriate communication to policyholder as
- per agreed process
- Tracking daily productivity of agents
- To identify training needs and ensure adequate training to
- agents
- Meet the targets laid down by the reporting supervisor
- Closure of audit non -conformities within defined timelines
- Feedback to the team / agents / SPOC at service provider from time to time.
- BPMS Implementation, Team Development & Extra Initiatives to improve the process efficiency
- Achievement of target laid down by superviso
Qualifications:
- 10 years experience in Life Insurance (+)
- 5+ years of experience in Policy Servicing function
- MBA/ Graduate with adequate exposure in the industry
