About The Job:
  • We are looking for a dynamic Regional Manager Institutional Sales to drive partnerships with colleges and universities.
  • The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, building relationships with decision-makers, and ensuring revenue growth in the assigned region.
Essential Job Functions:
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to onboard higher education institutions for our industry-aligned projects.
  • Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets by acquiring new institutional partners and retaining existing ones.
  • Institutional Partnerships: Engage with college leadership (Deans, Directors, HODs, and Placement Cells) to promote our offerings.
  • Market Expansion: Identify opportunities for business growth within the assigned region and develop plans to capitalize on them.
  • Negotiations Closures: Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and finalization of partnerships.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align institutional needs with our offerings.
  • Reporting Analysis: Monitor market trends, track sales performance, and provide insights to improve strategy.
Qualifications :
  • 7-10 years of relevant experience in institutional/B2B sales, preferably in the EdTech or higher education sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong network within higher education institutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive sales in a target-driven environment.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
Preferred Qualifications :
  • MBA or relevant degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
  • Experience working with universities, colleges, or education service providers.
  • 7-10 years in Institutional Sales, EdTech, or Higher Education Sales
