Essential Job Functions:
- BTP Security Communication User Creation User Sync from IAS Trouble Shooting Role Provisioning Workflow in IAGTroubleshooting HR Trigger issues
- Onboarding and Offboarding a User IAS User Sync from Success Factors Set up Users in IAS if needed manually User Group adiministartion in IAS Build New
- Add New Applications, Authorizations Update Existing Roles Build Derived Role from Master Roles Troubleshooting Authorization Issues to users
- User Admnistration in CBC IAG Master Rule Set Udpates Updating the Risk Types as Necessary New Business Role Creation Business Role Mapping and ChangesUpdating Role Approvers and Role content Owners
- IAG Master Data Management SoD Checks while performing Role Build, Single Roles and Business Roles Setting up New Previlaged ID s Based on Requirement Updating Privileged ID owners and Controllers , Trouble Shooting the Workflows and Privileged Access Management
- Logs Update any new changes to the existing Documents ex. Security Matrix, Strategy document etc. and train on newer methodologies/techniques which arise through upgrades Support IC with the tasks and issues arising during UAR Generate Ad hoc reports for Internal and external audits, remediate any audit findings and implement suggestions.
- For the low risks to be activated manually twice a year for UAR to kickstart Regularly audit roles with elevated privileges and make necessary changes to keep critical access in check as per LYP policies.
- Apply necessary Mitigatiob Controls-
- Provide Necessary technical support to Internal Controls Team Monitor and align with Manual Charm process as SAP S/4 Cloud sits outside Charm ecosystem.
- Support the system upgrade activity from Security and authorizations side my making necessary role changes based on SAP rehashing the catalogs the their content.
- This impact the roles and they need constant updates through upgrades,New BTP User Creation BTP User Sync Issues from Active Directory New Role Collection - SAP BTP Update Existing Role Collection New Role Collection
- CIM Update Existing Role Collection New Role Collection
- CIM Update Existing Role Collection Make Necessary Single Role changes ,Make Business Role changes if Necessary
- Update the existing IAG configuration if needed IAG Ruleset updated Based on Release Notes
Qualifications:
- Skill Required: SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) - Cloud Application Programming Model (CAPM)
- Experience Range: 6-8 Years.
