RPA Developer - Automation Anywhere - Pune @ Acronotics

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced RPA Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Automation Anywhere A360 and working knowledge of UiPath to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise-scale RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere (A360) and UiPath
  
• Build automation using Excel, Web, Email, Database, Mainframe, and PDF packages
  
• Design and implement multi-bot architectures (parent-child bots, queues, bot runners)
  
• Develop and integrate REST/SOAP APIs for system-to-system automation
  
• Create reusable components, common libraries, and automation frameworks
  
• Implement robust exception handling, logging, and retry mechanisms
  
• Perform code reviews and mentor junior RPA developers
  
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, and stakeholders to convert requirements into automation solutions
  
• Support UAT, production deployment, and post-go-live maintenance
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently
  
• Create and maintain technical documentation and solution design artifacts
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  
• 6+ years of overall IT experience with 4+ years of hands-on Automation Anywhere A360 development
  
• Strong expertise in Automation Anywhere packages:
  
• Excel, PDF, Email, Database
  
• REST Web Services
  
• Recorder
  
• Experience with multi-bot orchestration, queues, and bot runners
  
• Strong knowledge of API integration, JSON/XML parsing, and authentication (OAuth, tokens)
  
• Hands-on experience with:
  
• Control Room
  
• Bot scheduling
  
• Queues
  
• Credential Vault
  
• Good understanding of exception handling, logging, and performance optimization
  
• Basic to intermediate experience with UiPath (Studio, workflows, selectors, Orchestrator concepts)
  
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  

Good to Have:

• Experience with scripting languages: Python, VBScript, or PowerShell
  
• Exposure to Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
  
• Automation Anywhere or UiPath certification
