We are looking for a skilled Data Scientist and Data Engineer to join our team, which is a mix of Data Science and Data Engineering professionals. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with large-scale data processing, ETL/ELT pipeline development, and cloud-based data architectures, along with a strong foundation in analytics, statistical modeling, and machine learning. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-rich environment, and is passionate about leveraging modern data science and engineering tools to enable data-driven decision-making, deliver business insights, and build scalable analytics solutions.
Responsibility:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines for campaign data processing and reporting.
Work with Azure Data Factory (ADF), Synapse, ADLS Gen 1 & 2 to manage data workflows and storage.
Optimize and automate ETL/ELT processes using PySpark, SQL, and Azure services.
Monitor and improve data pipeline performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.
Implement best practices for data governance, security, and compliance in Azure cloud environments.
Build and evaluate predictive models (e.g., response modeling, uplift modeling) to enhance campaign targeting and performance.
Perform statistical analysis and A/B test evaluation to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
