• Maintain punctuality and regular attendance


• Understand and complete daily operational tasks accurately


• Gain domain knowledge through project-related materials and training


• Actively participate in team meetings, knowledge sessions, and ongoing training


• Stay up to date with process updates and company protocols


• Collaborate effectively with team members and support peers as needed


• Comply with all company policies, rules, and security protocols


• Escalate any issues or violations observed to the appropriate authority


• Maintain confidentiality of client and company information at all times


• Achieve daily productivity targets and meet assigned SLAs


• Stay informed on industry standards and process improvements


• Perform other duties as assigned by the management team

• Graduate in any discipline (2023/2024 pass-outs welcome)


• 0 1 year of experience (BPO or mortgage experience is a plus, but not required)


• Consistent academic record with good communication skills


• Strong written and verbal English communication


• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail


• Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office tools


• Good typing speed and accuracy


• Willingness to work in both day and night shifts (rotational)


• Team player with a positive attitude, adaptability, and ability to work under pressure
