(Python Backend | LLM Orchestration / RAG)
Location: Bangalore and Chennai
Experience: 69 Years

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Python Backend Developer (5+ years hands-on) to lead the development of scalable, secure, and efficient LLM orchestration services. The ideal candidate will build reusable and testable backend components, design end-to-end RAG pipelines, and drive strong CI/CD practices with an emphasis on observability, quality, and security.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain RAG pipelines end-to-end
Own and optimize CI/CD and release management workflows
Implement strong observability, monitoring, and alerting practices
Drive engineering excellence, code reviews, testing, and best practices
Required Skills
5+ years of strong hands-on experience in Python backend development
Experience with Azure Functions or other serverless frameworks
Knowledge of Azure SQL or similar relational databases
Strong understanding of testing (unit, integration, e2e) with mocking frameworks
Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions)
Understanding of asynchronous programming and performance tuning.Good to Have
Experience in LLM orchestration & RAG system design
Exposure to LangChain, Llama Index, or similar frameworks
Experience with Azure AI Search and Azure OpenAI
Familiarity with Git branching models and PR/merge best practices
