Client is a life insurance company in India. The firm offers life insurance products targeted at individuals and groups, catering to four distinct segments: protection, children, retirement and investment plans. Essential Job Functions:
Ensure timely sales incentive inputs to HR for processing pay-outs
Preparation, validation from finance, coordinating with channel spoc, event team, maintain the tracker and provision for trip
Maintaining incentive and contest TAT s and dashboard
Preparation, validation, and reconciliation of Trip data
Co-ordinating with finance for Incentive / contest result
Resolving incentive / contest queries within TAT
Incentive / Contest communication to Sales
Participate in Internal, Statutory audit
Maintain the daily checklist & updates
Create data mart in simple data warehouse
Payouts / Goal sheet / Provision process review on timely basis
Automation of incentive/ contest and data structure
Control the contest cost & maintaining the month-onmonth provisions
Qualifications :
Relevant Work-Experience ; 8-10 Years
Education: Graduate in Any Stream
