Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Work with stakeholder SMEs in the end-to-end WFH process
- Assist Recruitment & OPS with Equipment pick-up schedules
- Be a point of contact to assist with Equipment troubleshooting
- Track, manage and control the flow of equipment to and from the Agent
- Track & maintain current inventory counts
- Understand recruiting & training requirements for each LOB WFH Agent
- Work within the Change Control process to track each action item
- Other duties as assigned by Manager
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills (listening/verbal/written) and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Bilingual ability in both official languages (English/French) is a strong asset
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Power Point, and SharePoint
- 2 years in a similar office admin role
- A strong desire to learn, grow and willingness to take on new challenges
- Strong ability to work in a high-pressure environment and to multi-task
- Highly flexible on work schedule, motivated, punctual, dependable
- Strong time management skills along with well-developed analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent team player but able to work independently
- Experienced with working in a task and goal-oriented team focus environment
- The ability to quickly learn the company policies, standards, and procedures as they pertain to change management & WFH.
