Job Description As a Technical Lead (Agentic AI) at Trianz, you will drive the design, development, and implementation of modern software systems enhanced by Agentic AI capabilities including autonomous workflow orchestration, intelligent task delegation, context-aware reasoning, and AI-driven decision support. You will lead cross-functional teams in integrating AI agents into enterprise applications, ensuring that solutions align with business objectives and deliver measurable value.
In addition to guiding software architecture and development efforts, you will mentor teams on designing and deploying AI-assisted components, ensuring best practices around safety, reliability, and ethical use of AI. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand use cases suited for agentic automation and translate them into robust, scalable solutions.
This role requires strong technical depth, hands-on leadership, and a passion for applying cutting-edge AI technologies to solve complex business challenges.
Key Responsibilities Core Technical Lead Responsibilities - Lead the design and architecture of software solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Coordinate development activities, manage project timelines, and deliver high-quality software releases.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with product managers and business analysts to define scope, requirements, and solution approaches.
- Mentor and guide junior developers and team members to build technical capability across the team.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the application stack.
- Prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and reports for stakeholders.
- Design and implement Agentic AI components , such as autonomous task-handling agents, multi-agent workflows, and reasoning-based AI modules.
- Evaluate and integrate AI orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, CrewAI, OpenAI Assistants, Microsoft AutoGen, LlamaIndex).
- Develop AI-driven automations for tasks such as data processing, decision-making, personalization, monitoring, and workflow execution.
- Define safety, monitoring, and governance standards for AI agent behavior to ensure reliability and compliance.
- Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to operationalize LLMs and AI models within enterprise applications.
- Conduct PoCs and feasibility studies for new Agentic AI capabilities.
- Optimize agent performance, context handling, grounding, and tool-use reliability.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in autonomous AI systems, LLM advancements, and agent frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Python, or C# .
- Experience with modern web development frameworks such as Angular, React, or Node.js .
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases .
- Experience with Agile , DevOps, CI/CD, and Git-based workflows.
- Strong communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI integrations (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, etc.).
- Familiarity with agent orchestration frameworks such as:
- LangChain / LangGraph
- CrewAI
- AutoGen
- Semantic Kernel
- OpenAI Assistants API

- Understanding of:
- Prompt engineering and context optimization
- Tool-use handling and agent reasoning
- Autonomous task execution and workflow planning
- Vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate)

- Experience deploying AI features into production (preferred).
- Knowledge of AI governance, monitoring, safety, and performance tuning.
- 5-8 years of overall software development experience.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience building or integrating AI/LLM-based solutions (preferred).
- Prior experience leading teams or managing software projects is a strong advantage.
