Job Title: Senior Executive Immigration

Location: Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune

Experience: 2 - 5 Years

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline

Shift: Day

Role Overview:

Responsible for managing end-to-end immigration and visa operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery for clients and employees.

Responsibilities:

• Manage visa stamping and documentation for Schengen, USA and APAC.
• Maintain and regularly update visa checklists and process documents.
• Validate visa applications to ensure compliance with embassy/consulate guidelines.
• Liaise with employees, client SPOCs, VFS, and back-office teams for smooth processing.
• Communicate immigration changes and updates proactively.
• Prepare visa support and covering letters.
• Maintain MIS reports and present regular updates to the Operations Head.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.

Candidate Requirements:

• 2 - 5 years experience in global immigration/visa processes.
• Strong understanding of Schengen, USA and APAC visa requirements.
• Experience with US non-immigrant visa petitions preferred.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Team player, detail-oriented, and adaptable to new learning areas.
